Coarse sand that is washed and also screened to a larger grit than Masonry Sand. Concrete sand is excellent for blending with concrete as well as aggregate to develop concrete. Additionally known as coarse sand. Recommended use as a bedding layer between the base layer and the pavement layers. Brownish/Grey in color. Used as a final base for concrete sand for pavers.
A lot of home improvement projects seek to add a patio, whether with pavers or concrete. Concrete sand is used in both the installation of pavers or creating a cement patio.
This item can also be referred to as pool leveling sand.
